Palisade Construction, founded by Ian Waight in 2001, has been committed to building high-quality, custom homes and renovation projects in the Lake Tahoe area since 2005.
As General Contractor and owner of Palisade Construction, Ian brings his passion for craftsmanship and dedication to customer service to every project.
While serving as Treasurer and Board Member of the Sierra Green Building Association since 2005, Ian has been keeping pace with the rapidly growing green building industry and is able to provide insight and options to help reduce the impact of building on the natural environment.
The Palisade Construction team is composed of a friendly group of hard-working and highly skilled craftsmen who strive for both beauty and quality in their work.
Ian is a California native who entered the construction industry in 1994. He is a graduate of the University of California at San Diego where he earned a Bachelors of Science in Ecology in 1997. He received his general contracting license in 2001.
