TONIGHT: Green Product Showcase at Spirit Interior Design |  | |
SiGBA is hosting a green product showcase at Spirit Interior Design Show Room in Downtown Truckee on Tuesday, June 17 from 5:30-7:30. Learn about LED lighting and eco products including American Clay, Eco Timber flooring, green furniture lines, organic mattress's and bedding, and much more. In addition, Linda Delair from the Bay Area will be presenting a short lecture entitled, "The ECO-nomics of Green Design."
Linda Delair, LEED AP, CGBP and Green Mentor, offers practical solutions designed to create a more energy efficient and money saving home or workplace. "The ECO-nomics of Green Design" is an informative and practical presentation addressing many solutions for environmentally conscious home and office design, including products, resources, and organizations.
Linda has worked in the building industry for over 10 years, specializing in remodeling, interior design, and consulting. For 3-1/2 years, she was an in-house, green materials consultant at Green Fusion Design Center, facilitating "green" home and business makeovers. She helps bring healthy, sustainable living to home and business environments and shows how it will save money as well. She now owns her own consulting business.
Spirit Interior Design is owned by Cathy Nason and is located at 10009 W River Street. Spirit Interior Design will honor a 10% discount to anyone purchasing items the night of the Green Product Showcase. Drinks and small snacks will be provided.
