SiGBA 2nd Annual Tahoe GreenFEST
Imagine a lake-front event that is both educational and fun. SiGBA's 2nd annual Tahoe greenFEST is being held this year at the plaza in Kings Beach next to the North Tahoe Events Center. This years' mission is to educate both locals and tourists about Green Living, introduce them to products and services both in and around the Sierra Nevada's and encourage actionable items for them to utilize at home or at work. This zero-waste event will be powered by Bently Biofuels while recycling and composting centers (courtesy of Waste Not & Full Circle Compost) eliminate the typical trash left behind. With regional beer & wines, organic foods from local restaurants and live music we anticipate a good crowd and a great experience. Come to the event and help to reduce our communities' footprint on this beautiful lake!

Sierra Nevada Sponsors SiGBA's Beer Garden
This year, we have a selection of fine beer served by three micro-breweries: Sierra Nevada Chico; BuckBean, Reno; and Fifty Fifty Brewery out of Truckee. We are planning informal discussions in our beer garden around current events and environmental issues.
