Econogics- Reducing Your Electric Bill
By popular demand, we have gathered together our various energy conservation tips for reducing electrical power consumption here in one place. Recent hikes in electrical bills in Ontario have many consumers scrambling for ways to lower their electrical bill. The hottest summer on record led to record high levels of electrical consumption in the summer of 2005 in Ontario. Combined with several power plants being off-line for maintenance and deregulation of pricing, increased demand and reduced supply led to higher prices for power for local utilities, especially on weekday afternoons, and since partial deregulation, those higher prices were partially passed on to consumers. This has created the price signal to consumers that they can lower their expenses by reducing the amount of electrical power they buy.

Energy Saving Now (Highly Recommended Site!)
We are three persons who have been involved in energy saving in building constructions during a large part of our lives. I am Hakan Falk, the author of this presentation and responsible for the WEB site. As co-founders for Energy Saving Now.
I have education in business and engineering with experiences in fields like Building Acoustics, Energy Simulations in Buildings, CAD systems and Networking. I started using computers in the middle of the 60's for technical solutions, but became more and more involved in professional computing and network solutions. Apart from my early engineering experiences, I have been in charge of building European wide organizations for CAD and networking. Since the end of the 60's, I have had the honor to know and work with Teddy Rosenthal and Engelbrekt Isfelt, both well known in Sweden, for their work within the field of energy saving.
